Analysis and Tool Selection & Configuration

This form helps you to determine the required parameters needed in your HTTP POST message when using the REST API: The valid options for the analysis and tool are based on the datatype, filetype, and ntaxa of you datafile. Once the selections are made, a popup window allows you to configure the parameters. Finally, a new link will appear to allow you to download the file which contains the configured parameters. This is your configfile to be sent in your POST message.
